a project of the UNC Institute on Aging
PHI Coaching SupervisionSM is a model of supervision designed to: 1) improve communication between supervisors and direct care workers, 2) provide supervisors with tools to help direct care staff develop problem-solving skills, and 3) hold direct care staff accountable for high performance.
This series of workshops prepares participants to become certified trainers of a 2-day PHI Coaching Supervision program.
PHI Coaching Supervision is one of the required criteria for NC NOVA, a voluntary special license designation program. (Learn more about NC NOVA)
