How can I use WIN A STEP UP with my employees?

WIN A STEP UP currently provides skills training in the “Coaching” style of supervision, and continuing education credit toward license renewals upon completion, to floor nurses, administrative nurses, facility administrators, department heads, and other workers who have some direct responsibility for direct care workers, in its participating North Carolina nursing homes at no charge.

Coaching training is now also available to nursing home, home health and adult care home supervisory staff, at non-participating facilities both inside and outside of North Carolina for a fee.
