How can I participate in WIN A STEP UP?

WIN A STEP UP currently enrolls North Carolina nursing homes which have never participated in the program before at no charge.

The program is now also available to non-participating nursing homes, home health agencies, and adult care homes both inside and outside North Carolina for a fee.
